Holy sh*t: this is Jennifer Lawrence's Penthouse and you want to live there now

Okay, little warning: after this you'll hate your own life and house and everything. This crib is officially not normal. But with an estimated net worth of 40 million dollars, I wouldn't expect anything less from my girl J-Law. The big star from Silver Linings Playbook, The Hunger Games, and American Hustle has put her penthouse in New York up for sale, and she's not shy about showing us what it's like.

Aside from this ridiculously cool interior, the apartment of about 4,073 square feet includes everything a celeb could hope for. Three bedrooms. Five bathrooms. Gigantic glass walls. An outdoor kitchen. A fireplace with a pergola. A built-in ping pong table and a view to die for of the city and the Hudson River. Oh, and the building's amenities include a concierge, a full-time doorman, a gym, a swimming pool, a sauna, a screening room, and private storage. Just so you know.

Little side note: Jen isn't really selling the house well, which I completely don't understand.Oh yes, that price of course... It went from 15.45 million, down to 14.25 million, and now even to 12 million dollars. The actress bought the place on the Upper East Side in 2016 for 15.6 million, so we're dealing with a few serious millions in losses here. Although I think she can handle that as one of the highest-paid actresses in Hollywood.
