In 10 steps a Pinterest-proof terrace

Pinterest Proof Terrace

Earlier I already inspired you with this rocking chair, my new decking tiles and these kinds of nice pictures picked from Pinterest. But the real helpers were not on the way yet. At least, not if you have no idea where to start in your little garden slash balcony slash terrace. So what I thought: let's just roll up our styling sleeves together today to make your outdoor space extra cozy in ten super easy steps.

1. Invest in a few new cushions and a blanket and you'll see how well it spices up your lounge sofa from last year à la 2020.

2. Green fingers or not, an outdoor space needs greenery and it looks best in a wicker basket, gold-colored pot, or paper bag.

3. Drape a string of lights around for extra coziness by night.

4. Hide that ugly wall under a homemade wooden fence or a ready-made bamboo roll for an extra cozy feeling.

5. Not only perfect for cooling, but especially extra cozy to sit under: a parasol in Ibiza style.

6. Create at least one extraordinary spot to hang out or swing for an optimal vacation feeling in your own garden.

7. Ugly tiles on the floor? Opt for decking tiles. You can easily lay them over your existing tiles, so no handyman is needed.

8. And totally on-trend, you can style your chill spot with a nice outdoor rug.

9. You put the finishing touches best with a big bunch of feathers and these kinds of lanterns.

10. And when your terrace looks so nice, then barbecuing all summer is of course a logical consequence of your styling work.
