Most fun holiday homes in the Veluwe

I totally get it, that summer in the Netherlands. I think it's great. Just give me Amsterdam, it's prettier than Paris. Absolutely. Well, not just Amsterdam by the way... All of the Netherlands. I must say that with such a heatwave — or super heatwave as it's even called — you really have to pick the right spots, because I've aired out my own home due to the sauna temperatures. These cottages in the Veluwe, that's where you want to go. Mark my words.

Dream park de Zanding Tiny House
I really think tiny houses are the coolest new trend, especially for a romantic getaway. They still call it ‘glamping’ here, but it has nothing to do with camping anymore. Hot tubs and ultimate lounge spots. Perfect for a weekend away with just the two of you.

Nature house in Wenum 
I find this little cabin really too cute. In the morning a coffee on the balcony, overlooking the lake. In fact: the balcony is right on the lake. And in the middle of nowhere. Love it.

Nature house in Garderen
One word: ALPACAS. They just roam around in the garden here. How cool is that? Furthermore, the house itself is of course also great, but those alpacas... I don't need to say more, right?

Nature house in Ermelo
If you're with a larger group, this house is a nice option. Right in the forest (of 240 hectares), so great with friends (you can make as much noise as you want) as well as with families, because there's plenty of space for activities.

Villa Vogelveld
A lot more modern than the previous house, but I do love this style. For two people and super spacious, in a quiet holiday park. Not ideal if you want a lot of privacy, but perfect if you want to get away with just the two of you in some luxury.

Tiny House in Lunteren
A good recommendation if you're going with multiple couples, as you have several tiny houses next to each other. So you have that privacy but also the coziness. They have different types, so there’s definitely something suitable.

House in Beekbergen
Let's finish off with some luxury of course: a jacuzzi and a sauna outside. TOP. There's space for six people with a nice garden. Fun: these houses are all about sustainability.
