Never again hassle with Christmas tree lights

My Christmas tree is up. Finally. I wanted to be sitting under the tree by mid-October, but with the risk that my other half would have kicked me outside with the tree and all, I left it for a while. In the meantime, I am content. It shines, it sparkles, smells like pine tree, and even my eternal irritation about messing with lights has been resolved.
Normally, I lie four times a day with my head under the tree and my butt in the air in the living room. In the morning, turn on the lights, off again after breakfast, turn on the lights again when I get home, and turn everything off by the time I go to bed. One year we had such a clever power strip with a slightly too small remote control, but we lost it within two blinks of our eyes. And now Lidl is here to solve all our worries.
With one tap on my mobile phone, everything lights up. My recessed lights, my prettiest floor lamp, the lamp in my garden shed, and of course the lights in my Christmas tree (!). Guys, what a find. Lidl has simply made the Christmas tree lights compatible with their brand new Smart Home app, a system that works remotely, can be controlled with one app, and you can even give it voice commands to dim or turn off. Ideal if you normally knock over the night light, which I do regularly. It doesn't stop at on and off, because you can set everything up so you can decide whether to turn on work lighting or if it's time for a romantic evening at home. And there's a Lidl price tag on it, making it even more attractive than I already found it.
The installation is done in no time and it works on the same system as Philips Hue, Ikea Smart Home, and together with Google Assistant. Oh, and would you prefer blue or one of the other sixteen million colors in the tree? No problem, just slide in the app. You understand: that Christmas tree is not leaving my house until late March. Whether it agrees or not, I know for sure I can sweet-talk it with the Smart Home system.
