Oh yes: Utrecht Centraal is getting a new Vegan Bamboo Bar

Times are changing. And Utrecht is changing with them. Where my favorite Dom city used to be a bit of the brown pubs where students had to make do, we are now totally in bloom. One trendy spot after another is opening its doors and I am at the forefront to spread the word. This month marks the opening of a new gem: The Vegan Bamboo Bar at the Stationsplein. Yes, at the bar you serve yourself. Think of curries, soups, salad bowls, SUSHI, burgers, toasties, cakes, and ice cream. And all of it plant-based. Note to self: you know what you’re going to do the next time you miss your train and have to wait at the station, right? Exactly. I’ll keep you updated on whether it’s worth it.
