Season 2 of How To Sell Drugs Online Fast is out

Wow, I didn't see that coming or I completely forgot about it. I actually guess the latter. But I was mindlessly scrolling on Netflix yesterday, as we all do, and then I saw it. How To Sell Online Drugs Fast. Season 2. NOW available. Say what? The first (and currently only) series that I can actually watch in German. Yes, I'm that type of person who only enjoys English or Dutch series. A bit diva-like, but having to read subtitles all the time just annoys me. This also applies to La Casa de Papel. SORRY.
But I found the first season of How To Sell Drugs Online Fast so cool. Especially since it is based on a true story, of course. That a high school kid just raked in millions by selling drugs online. Before that, a completely clean criminal record, nothing wrong. Just secretly being a big drug lord from your small room. And how they put the series together was also a plus: not too heavy, enough dry humor in between, and good acting from the cast.
And then that second season. It's been a while, so it starts nicely with a recap of what has happened. Long story short: they have achieved their goal of one million euros and now want to stop the business. But as you might expect, that doesn't go smoothly. Moritz goes to Rotterdam to tell their supplier in person. Well, that supplier sees it a bit differently, because he is also making a lot of money off them.
But being a millionaire on paper is not quite there yet. They get paid in bitcoins, and converting that to cash without immediately getting the tax office and/or police on your back is quite a task. I'm now on episode four and can tell you: it's just as fun as season one. And Lenny and Moritz are still just as clumsy and dry.
So I can recommend it again, you know. Not to draw inspiration from it (just check how the ‘real’ Moritz has fared), but it's a delightful watch again.
