So sweet: Say I Do on Netflix

Deeeelicious: Say I Do on Netflix

Dreaming away at weddings, I think we all do that, right? Those dream weddings where the chance of ever being able to pay for it yourself is really, really small, but holy guacamole, does it look cool. Those kinds of weddings. Now I've also seen my fair share of Say Yes To The Dress, but the fun has really worn off there...

So let Netflix take care of coming up with an over-the-top wedding show: Say I Do is now online and it is DELICIOUS. A bit overly sweet, but that can be nice sometimes. Couples who haven't always had it easy are surprised. Or well, one half of the couple: the other has orchestrated it. With an excuse, they are lured somewhere where ultimately the big question is asked: will you marry me?

If the answer is yes (a very important detail), three experts get to work to arrange their dream wedding. In ONE WEEK. I couldn't do it, planning something like that in a week, but I'm not an expert. And the result is impressive, I must say. These are not rushed weddings that we get to see.

Big plus: the people participating are really nice. I also noticed that with Love Is Blind (except for Messica who was a bit crazy): everyone was very ‘real’ and nice, which makes it a lot more enjoyable to watch. It's sad that this is a plus nowadays, but I might have watched a bit too much Selling Sunset lately.

Anyway, now available on Netflix. Grab some sweet popcorn, sweet marshmallows, sweet everything because this series is the sweetest. Sugar overkill.
