Still 10 days until La Casa de Papel and you can see the teaser here

Still ten days until I… watch La Casa De Papel. I had a fleeting hope that in these harsh corona times, La Casa de Papel would decide to release their fourth season earlier, à la Mocro Maffia (thank you for that), but unfortunately… Well, luckily it really isn't that long anymore. Ten days then. April 3 is the day. Quarantine has never been so easy.
And entirely in style, the teaser counts down to the release date in ten fragments. A teaser is called a teaser for a reason, so I can't really make much of it except that I'm really looking forward to it. I already live quite a bit for Netflix, but now even more.
Just a refresher from the cliffhanger season number three: the status of Nairobi is still unknown and Lisbon is dead — at least that's what the Professor thinks. And what is the police going to do with her? Rio and Tokyo? Is the love still there? I guess so and I hope so too, of course. And what about the bank robbery? Oooh, I can't wait to see this gang cause chaos again.
Extra fun news by the way, because besides the fourth season, there will be an extra online: a special about the series. With interviews with the cast members, some behind-the-scenes, and a lot of talk about the bizarre success of the Spanish-language series. Because that came as quite a surprise to the creators and cast (I can't imagine). Season 3 also broke all Netflix records, with 34 million viewers in one week. That seems to be broken by season four, especially given the corona circumstances.
Well, my Dalí mask is already ready to binge this season in style (you have to do something when you're just sitting inside), Bella Ciao is on repeat and the countdown has begun. Super cheerful song by the way, but did you know that the lyrics are about someone who is dying? Bella ciao, all fun and nice, but really grim. Still a great song.
