The 4-course frikandel dinner by Ron Blaauw

Whether it's the spiciest in the country or one with crackling sugar: we are crazy about frikandellen. Extra fun: during the Frikandellen Festijn, chef Ron Blaauw our favorite snack is served in a very luxurious variant for one time only.
More special than special
No boring frikandellen during the Frikandellen Festijn, but a real Haute Frikandel. Because especially for this evening, chef Ron Blaauw has created four exclusive, never-before-seen frikandellen, each inspired by one of his restaurants. On the menu are the Viva la France, Gado Gado, Rendang, and the Shrimp frikandel, and alongside these more special than special frikandellen, fries and salad will also be served.

Haute frikandel and special beer
The frikandel dinner takes place at Tapperij de Eeuwige Jeugd and that means you can drink the tastiest specialty beers like Bullebak and Lellebel alongside your frikandel or of course a fancy beer cocktail.

On Wednesday, October 28, you can join the Frikandellen Festijn. This coming Friday, September 25, you can get a ticket here for 25 euros starting at 12:00. here for 25 euros a ticket get.
