The coffee trend of 2020: how to make fluffy coffee

The past few days, my eye fell on a very special coffee. My mouth literally watered at the sight of the creamy and fluffy images. For heaven's sake, why have I never drunk this before? Meet the newest coffee trend of 2020, because nothing is better than sipping this coffee on clouds on your balcony or in your garden right now. You can make it in no time and you only need a few ingredients. Easy peasy, right? Back to the beginning: this coffee drink originally comes from South Korea and is called Dalgona coffee a.k.a. the South Korean caramel candy. This coffee gets more interesting by the minute. What do you need for two filled glasses? Four tablespoons of instant coffee, four tablespoons of sugar, and four tablespoons of hot water. Combine these ingredients in a bowl and whip it airy with a hand mixer. Next: fill your glass 2/3 with milk (vegan milk is also possible) and scoop the creamy coffee cloud on top of the milk. Et voilà, your new favorite is born.
