The solution if you are sleeping poorly now

2020 is going a bit differently than expected and that's an understatement. We're all at home, only going outside for groceries or some fresh air and keeping one and a half (!) meters apart. But that home isolation does something to us. I personally find it difficult to distinguish between work, relaxation, or sleeping, because everything is at home. While it's so important to take that zen moment for yourself.

Did you know that you should have a bedtime routine? By doing the same things every evening before you go to sleep, your brain learns to recognize when you are going to sleep. Do you usually read a book, have a cup of tea, and then brush your hair? Your brain registers this as your routine, and as a result, you fall asleep faster and sleep better. And yes, that also means you should go to bed at about the same time every day.
