This is the new hotspot of Amsterdam with 3 (!) terraces Sammie sangria

Say wine, snacks or haute cuisine and the foodies of online food magazine FavorFlav know where to drink, how to eat and what to cook. This time our chefs serve you: the newest Amsterdam hotspot.

Golden trio
Sammie Sangria is an initiative by the guys from the Kopstootbar, in collaboration with Sjefietshe and the Spanish gin brand Gin Mare. A golden trio that guarantees delicious food and drinks. Add to that the location (hello: boat!), with no less than three terraces (!!), a deck on the water, lots of live entertainment – and you understand, you can easily spend the whole day here.

Sjefietshe? Don't I know that from somewhere?
Sure! Sjefietshe is Amsterdam's term for ceviche, the originally Peruvian dish of fresh fish, which is cooked in citrus juices like lime and lemon, and flavored with garlic, chili pepper, onions, and coriander. Incredibly delicious, especially when it's warm outside. At this cheerful place in the Amsterdam Pijp, you can enjoy great food (and the takeaway meal is top-notch too!) and we are pleasantly surprised that there is a new spot for these snacks.

Get your swim fins out of the closet
On July 3, the doors of Sammie Sangria will open, and all summer long, but only on Thursday and Friday from 4:00 PM and Saturday and Sunday from 12:00 PM. Location is the Veronicaschip, NDSM-Pier 1, Amsterdam. Accessible via the ferry (don't forget your face mask, it's mandatory on the ferry.) For the wild plans regarding the live programming: keep an eye on the Sammie Sangria website and Instagram.
