My January and February started with a food lockdown, as everything had to be a bit less (except for my jeans). But being at home all day and not eating feels like a fivefold lockdown, so I eased my policy a bit. On Monday, a glass of wine and some fried broad beans to end my workday, and some ice cream in the evening. On Tuesday, frittata for lunch (because there were still eggs in the supermarket) and in the evening on the couch some liqueur with coffee. And now the end is in sight, and I've already unbuttoned the top button of my pants, because (good lord) Dunkin’ Donuts is becoming Dunkin’ Delivery. They are just going to deliver your donuts at home. The calories slide through your mailbox into the house. Fortunately, my The Gym Republic offers digital sports lessons, otherwise I would come rolling back outside in a few weeks.
