Ocean drive sneakers, €119,- The Hoff Brand

If you had told me a year ago that by the end of 2020 I would be walking around with a face mask and sneakers, I would have burst out laughing and never stopped. A face mask is for a dentist and sneakers are really fun, but not for me.

But then Aunt Cor (that's what my friend C calls Covid-19) poked her head around the corner and everything changed. It affects our entire lives and I'm also curious about the impact it will have on the fashion scene. So far, we've seen a lot of color on the catwalk because designers want to bring us hope and happiness, but I also see a huge increase in sustainability and casual wear. You're at home all day and spend less time in the car, which means more time for a walk or a bike ride. My heels are pretty dusty and I've now embraced my third pair of cool sneakers. These are from The Hoff Brand and I find them understated, I'm in love with the soles (mine say Oceans Drive) and they're still quite affordable too.
