I walk into the living room and a gigantic chill smell hits me in the face. I know what time it is: it’s Sendemens paella o’clock. You see, my friend has absolutely missed his calling when it comes to being a chef. Everything about him screams it. The Burgundian love for food, knowledge about taste and ingredients, patience and above all: the pleasure. Since we got The Bastard, he has discovered a new gem: barbecue paella.
