Today we watch The Social Dilemma

I really don't believe in all conspiracy theories, but I always find them incredibly interesting. And once I'm fully immersed in them, I want to know everything about them and I'm always in doubt ‘could it be true...?’

This has given me a great fascination for Google and the internet in general. That everything you put on the internet (so yes, this too, and yes, also those disgraceful texts I used to have on CU2) is forever and even if you delete it: it can still be found somewhere.

Of course, there is a lot of warning about these kinds of things, but how far does that really go? And how much influence, reach, and power does a company like Google have? It's not light reading, but if you find these kinds of things interesting, definitely check out the Netflix documentary The Social Dilemma.

It will definitely make you think. But then I also think: isn't Netflix just as bad? Don't they also track every move you make on their app or website? See, there I go again, diving deep into all the conspiracy theories. But okay: just watch it.
