Baileys Cheesecake

What do you need?

• 180 grams chocolate chip cookies
• 50 grams butter
• 4 eggs
• 100 grams sugar
• 200 milliliters crème fraîche
• 500 grams cream cheese
• 10 drops vanilla extract
• 50 ml Baileys
• 150 grams white chocolate
• Airfryer springform pan 

How do you make it?

1. Crush the chocolate chip cookies in a blender and melt the butter briefly in a warm Airfryer.

2. Mix the crushed chocolate chip cookies with the melted butter. Then line a greased baking pan with the layer of cookie crumbs. That will be the base.

3. Put the cream cheese, crème fraîche, sugar, and vanilla extract in a bowl and mix until smooth. Then add the eggs and Baileys and mix everything well together.

4. Melt the white chocolate in a bowl in a warm Airfryer, pour this into the batter and mix everything well together one last time.

5. Pour the batter into the cake pan and bake the cheesecake for about 50 minutes at 160 degrees in a preheated Airfryer.

6. Decorate the cheesecake with white chocolate shavings and sprinkles and dig in.
