
Losing weight? Oh, that's not so difficult, you know. If you really want it, that is. Then those ten kilos are fixed in no time – in about twelve weeks. Staying at weight, well, that's a different story. That cookie is something I'm just starting to nibble on for the first time, and I can tell you: that was quite tricky with all those drinks in December. Final result? That rock-hard six-pack that was trained for months is a bit less in your face than before. Do I mind? No way! I've really enjoyed myself. But now it's mid-January and I'm ready to get back into it. Something with a week of chilling in the Antilles in March... So: there's a new goal. And those sagging buttocks could also use a lift again. Where all that takes place, of course: The Hyatt Regency, my favorite boutique gym with a spa, still with Steve from Book Your Trainer by my side, who makes sure I push just a little further than I would on my own. The motivation is back. LET'S GOOOO.
