I have a bit of a trauma when it comes to raincoats. Something about living in Zeeland during high school, having to bike twenty kilometers every day and a bright yellow AGU raincoat. Because that stood out so nicely.
You understand that I would rather walk around in a soaking wet pair of jeans for eight long gymnasium hours than even consider pulling that raincoat out of the handy bag. No way.
But times are changing and now there are also the incredibly fashionable rain jackets, where you don't stick and cling and sweat and which are also made from recycled material. I'm a fan of mine from Rains. I'll just reference another eighties sensation (just like that other silly raincoat) from Arrested Development: Let it rain, let it rain, let it rain. My Rains and I can handle anything, together.
