Now that I have made the plan to become a yogi and go through life completely zen and with abs of steel, there needs to be a suitable yoga mat. The thing is, I have some understanding of yoga after a class here and there. So you can assume that I also have some understanding of yoga mats. I start to panic a little when someone asks me how many millimeters the mat in question should be, because not too thin but certainly not too thick, I think? Sometimes I start to hyperventilate when I see the prices of yoga mats, because those things are not cheap at all.
