Yesss, Dawson's Creek is coming to Netflix

I don’t wanna wait, for our liiiiives to be oooover. How many times have I sung (screamed) that in the past. You know, when the only way to follow a series was actually sitting in front of the TV. Right on time because those commercial breaks were not to be trusted and sometimes it had already started before you were ready. THE HORROR. And then you also didn’t have the option to watch from the beginning. What a poverty that actually was.

And that is exactly the period when Dawson’s Creek was on TV. and let me just say I was a total fan of that series (used to be). When the seasons finally came out on DVD I was too stingy again (because those things were quite expensive) and that’s how it ultimately happened that I never watched it again. Of course, I’ve seen some clips on YouTube and mi gadooo… What was it actually cringeworthy. I thought the love triangle between Pacey, Dawson, and Joey was really so captivating and realistic, while in reality… Well, none of them were. It was especially very, very cringeworthy.

But good, we can find out now, because Dawson’s Creek is COMING BACK. Well, not as in a reboot — thank god, but Netflix is going to stream the seasons online. Yaaaa, thank you Netflix because we indeed missed this in the offering. And it gets even better, because all SIX seasons are coming online. Ohhh how wonderful this is.

On January 15 they will be available online I can’t wait for this trip down memory lane. Netflix, now that you’re on a roll, can The OC be added too? And 7th Heaven? Sweet Valley High? That would be really awesome.
