Aii, this is the biggest calorie bomb at McDonald's

Say wine, snacks or haute cuisine and the gourmands at online food magazine FavorFlav know where to drink, how to eat it and what to cook. This time our cheffies serve you: Aii, this is the biggest calorie bomb at McDonald's.
Okay, let's be honest: no one goes to McDonald's to eat something healthy. Whether you go for a simple burger or the Big Tasty; it's all bad. Yes, even those salads they have aren't very healthy. Unless you order it without dressing, then it's not too bad. But there is one item on the menu that really shouldn't be consumed in terms of calories.
Or well, you should mainly know for yourself what you eat and what not, but if you want to watch your weight and still end up at McDonald's... You absolutely should NOT eat this.
No dessert for me
The McFlurry is the gigantic culprit. What a betrayal. Just when you think you can finish your McDonald's meal with a dessert, that's precisely the item you should skip. Why? Because of the calories and the high fat content. One McFlurry is about 31 percent of your daily recommended intake.
Where the McFlurry really goes wrong is sugar. No joke: one McFlurry contains almost double the recommended daily amount of sugar. Hoooly shitballs. I'm skipping it for now. Until we can order the pink McFlurry ...
Gastronomic McFlurry
And now you're thinking: how do you make a McFlurry yourself, but a bit of the gastronomic variant? Top pastry chef Hidde de Brabander (formerly working at star establishments like De Librije and Parkheuvel) shows you how, which you can see here.
