HIIT workouts for home

Here we go again: the gyms have closed their doors. I must admit that I personally don't mourn this too much, but I can well imagine that this is a big bummer for sports enthusiasts. From my own experience, I know that it is quite difficult to keep yourself motivated during a lockdown. Short home workouts are, in my opinion, the key to maintaining this. And scheduling a quarter of an hour every day to exercise should be doable, right?

That's why I'm sharing my favorite HIIT workouts, all of which last no longer than fifteen minutes. Easy to do in the morning before you dive behind your laptop, or right in the middle of the day when you don't feel like going for a walk in this cold weather. These high-intensity workouts are also quite therapeutic, as we spend the whole day getting worked up about the measures and everything we can't do. A few minutes of jumping around like a madman to loud music feels quite liberating. And can't wait to dance in a club again? Then there are also some nice dance workouts included. Well, I would say: go for it again.
