The Hollywood scandals that have received too little attention this year

Really, where does the time go? I find it a bizarre observation every year to realize that it is already December and another year has almost passed. It seems to go faster every year. Because it feels like just yesterday that André and Monique broke up, but that was at the beginning of this year. And that's actually a joke, because how much attention was really paid to that? Instead, pay attention to scandals or other things that happened this year that people really need to know, like the events below. They happened in 2021, but received way too little attention.

1. Nicki Minaj and… Yes, and what not? 
It's very strange that she hasn't been continuously negative in the news this year, because she has done and said quite a few remarkable things. For example, her husband, Kenneth Petty, was convicted for the rape of Jennifer Hough in 1994. Petty held Hough at a bus stop, threatened her with a knife, and raped her. And yes, afterwards Nicki Minaj married him. Additionally, she also threatened Jennifer Hough herself. What the actual...? Hough filed a lawsuit against the couple this year. To be continued, then. Oh, and what else did she do that was problematic? Nicki's brother, Jelani Maraj, received 25 years in prison last year for the rape of an eleven-year-old. And she still defends him. As far as I'm concerned, Nicki is canceled.

2. Drake's actions after Astroworld
I don't understand this either. After it became clear how badly things had gone at Astroworld, Drake (who performed at the festival) still found it appropriate to go to a strip club that night and spend about a million dollars there. He later came out with the statement that he released a statement so late because he still had to ‘process’ the tragedy. Right, yeah.

3. Chris Brown has messed up again
We all know what happened with Rihanna (I seriously don't understand why he still has a career after that?), but he doesn't seem to have changed. In June, the police had to come to the scene because he assaulted a woman.

4. Amber Heard had a daughter and Elon Musk might have something to do with it
Last year it was already news that Amber Heard and Elon Musk — during their relationship — had embryos frozen. They had quite a bit of trouble about that in court last year. But then suddenly last summer, the news came out that she had a daughter via a surrogate. And now the rumor mill is working overtime because people think that Elon Musk might be the father. Admittedly: these are just rumors, but still pretty juicy? Why am I not reading anything about this?

5. Hilaria Baldwin pretending to be Spanish
I think this is really the most hilarious scandal of the year, maybe even of the last ten years. Alec Baldwin's wife, Hilaria, completely fell apart this year. She had been saying for years that she was Spanish, primarily spoke Spanish, even forgot the English word for ‘cucumber’ because she is so Spanish (check the clip here), and has given several interviews in which she refers to her Spanish roots. Only... She's not Spanish, her name is just Hillary and she comes from Boston. Her über-rich parents did buy a house in Mallorca a few years ago, though.

6. Armie Hammer
Yeah, sorry: I was just so shocked by this. And yet I read so extremely little about it, while this is pretty heavy news? I will never understand it.
