8 x different types and their breakfast

Breakfast is really my favorite meal of the day. If I had to choose between never having dinner again or never having breakfast again, I would absolutely go for never having dinner again. I love sweets way too much, and it's easier to incorporate that into your breakfast than into your dinner. That's why I always get up early in the morning, so I can make myself delicious pancakes or French toast. Ultimate enjoyment, if you ask me. I always wonder how some people can just skip breakfast. Isn't that such a shame? But well, in the breakfast category, there are different types, and your breakfast says something about your personality, right?

1. The green smoothie
Most likely, you are pursuing a healthy lifestyle and it comes easily to you. Every morning you start your day well with a boost of vitamins. A smoothie is also quick to make, making it an efficient breakfast. I must admit that I am quite jealous of this type of person; they seem to have everything under control. This type probably drinks the smoothie around seven o'clock and then runs about ten kilometers.

2. The festive breakfast
This is me! I consider breakfast to be a party, so it includes appropriate dishes like banana cake, an oven crumble, or homemade croissants with Nutella. How should I describe myself? I think this type doesn't get stressed easily and wants to celebrate everything that can be celebrated. Oh yes, this type is of course also a sweet tooth.

3. A sandwich with peanut butter
This seems to be an impatient type that doesn't want to put too much effort into breakfast. Just a sandwich with peanut butter, often taken on the go in the morning. By the way, this type is not sensitive to the latest trends around voiding either.

4. Yogurt or oatmeal
Structure and planning, this type likes that. You have probably been having this breakfast for years. No surprises for you, just knowing what to expect. Perhaps you are a bit of a control freak?

5. Something different every morning
You live for one thing: variety and adventure. This type finds it terrible to know the night before what will be on the menu the next morning. Routine is absolutely not for you.

6. Eggs
The sports enthusiasts among us start the day with a protein-rich breakfast, of course. An omelet with salmon and vegetables, and of course without carbohydrates. This type likes to take good care of themselves and puts in the necessary time and effort.

7. The leftovers from yesterday
This party animal often looks too deeply into the glass. The next morning, you are more than happy with that pizza slice you have left from last night. And those cold fries, you can just warm them up, right? A fine breakfast to get through your rough day.

8. No breakfast
In this category, we can actually distinguish between two subcategories: the people who consciously skip breakfast and the people who unconsciously miss breakfast. The first type is most likely practicing intermittent fasting and likes to participate in the latest trends. You read a lot of studies and listen to podcasts about how to become the best version of yourself. Type number two standardly skips breakfast. You are too busy with work to have breakfast, or you wake up too late, making breakfast unfeasible. It could also be that you simply aren't hungry in the morning, something I find hard to imagine.
