Today he would have turned four years old, son Joshua of Ellemieke Vermolen and Sergio Herman. Ten little fingers and ten little toes…” But she also has a message for the mothers who have had to endure the same: “For all the moms who have experienced this too. Know that the pain lessens and the longing sometimes grows… Like the sea, sometimes wild, sometimes calm, ebb and flow. Let it come. Be strong and kind to yourself, but above all proud of who you are now! I feel you…”
Impressive, to be so strong and still give such a sad day a kind of beautiful twist for your children and for yourself. The sun is definitely shining on this Joshaday. Much strength to Ellemieke and her family today.
