I was completely stressed yesterday. I couldn't watch Expedition live last Thursday and yesterday didn't work either because I was on a plane or in and around the airport all day. And of course, I need to watch this in full peace and focus. So I avoided Instagram completely, didn't talk about Expedition Robinson with anyone, and as soon as I hit the couch, I started the episode. It's so stupid that this happens right at the semi-final, but I did it without any spoilers. Are we ready for it?

1. So nice to see that they are genuinely happy for Robbert. Also really great: finally winning an individual challenge and just making it to the final.

2. I have become such a fan of Robbert since this program. He is so incredibly sweet and sincere.

3. Wow, but how tame those challenges were for the final of the previous episode, how tough this one is. Climbing, puzzling, swimming — this really can't be compared?!

4. Sorry, but I would have given up a long time ago if I knew I would slide down for the twelfth time. This challenge is really impossible, physically that is. Meine Gute.

5. YES. Woooow. That Do. What. A. Boss. And what a gigantic crappy challenge. It really makes no sense compared to the previous episode.

6. ‘Actually, I want to be very angry,’ says Jayjay. Well, dear Jayjay: I am very angry. All these people deserve to be in the final, right?

7. And then immediately another challenge. Is it not going to happen?

8. For me personally, this is also very annoying because I want Yuki and Jayjay in the final and that's not going to happen.

9. And what kind of challenge is this again? You just gave everything during the swimming, and now you have to use your muscles to not fall down from a pole. This is really torture, I must say.

10. Pfff, and that dramatic music too. How long have they been hanging there now? No idea why this affects me so much, but it really makes me a bit sad.

14. Okay, I think I completely jinxed it by saying I want Yuki and Jayjay in the final because this is not going in the right direction at all.

15. Holy. SHIT. But that Anouk. What a beast, I must say. Getting voted out, Island of Losers, fighting back, and just ending up in that final. Really so impressive.

16. How sportily those two men are handling it. Also two big bosses, those Yuki and Jayjay. And super skinny. What will those two pizzas go through. And rightly so.

17. ‘Jayjay, if you had hung on a little longer, you would have been in that final.’ NO WAY. Nicolette, you can't be serious?! How nice of you to summarize what the concept of that whole challenge was.

18. Ah, man. How Yuki talks about his fiancée and their child. Crying again at Expedition. It's becoming more of a routine than an exception. I'm also a wet newspaper.

19. But seriously: these two men were really what Expedition was all about. Physically strong, so positive, but also playing the game (Yuki then) and not giving up.

20. HELLO. And Robbert is just the only man in the final. First of all: who run the world? Exactly.

21. Secondly: this is so nice for all those keyboard warriors on Twitter who were trashing Robbert at the beginning. Good for you.

22. That song by Queen is also delightful. Not entirely appropriate if I'm honest, because I don't think they had a continuous ‘good time’. No food, cold, rain — toughest Expedition ever. But okay.

23. By the way, I agree with Jayjay in his prediction: I think Do is going to win. She's going so steady, taking challenges because she's really strong and just keeps going.
