EXPEDITION ROBINSON: THE AFTERTALK

Hello Robinsonners, I approached things a bit differently last night. I treated my Thursday evening like a mini Friday and opened a bottle of wine. It should be fine, but I don't know if it was the episode from yesterday or the wine, because I didn't find it that... eventful? That challenge was cool, but that it's the same teams again — in other words, men + Sterrin against the women — I hope they throw that overboard. Yes, or not: and then in three weeks we only have Sterrin left as a woman. Also quite nice actually. As long as team SterJay keeps existing. Hmm, that doesn't really sound good. JayRin? StarJay? I'll think about it a bit more.
1. Those girls thought last week that they had really smartly made the teams... But they are kind of backtracking on that now.
2. There hasn't literally been a single challenge this season that I think I could do. Just let me watch from the couch. I'm particularly good at that.
3. Ahh, I'm still such a fan of Sterrin. How fun is she? Maybe the weak link of the group in this challenge, but how she gets pep talked by JayJay... Love it.
4. HAHA. Do is such a Robinsonner. That hair. That passion. I think she could really survive for months in the wilderness.
5. I seriously don't mind that they now have to ‘cut into their own flesh’. I find that whole tactic stupid anyway, and if they had thought a bit earlier that it wasn't sustainable, then Stefano might still be there. Still salty about that.
6. Anouk is actually the only one who plays the ‘game’ (in other words, screwing each other over) a bit at that Second Chance island. It's refreshing, sure, that they are all so happy together, but also a bit... Boring?
7. ‘JayJay and Sterrin into nature’ is a show I would immediately watch. One hundred percent.
8. #durftevragen: why has Freek Vonk never participated? That seems like it would be so fun to watch.
9. Ooooh, Do. Just put that ring on, silly. This is going to go completely wrong.
10. Oh, just kidding. Well played, Do. Nice job. Wow, Anouk's plan really went differently than she thought. Literally none of her pawns played her game.
11. It's quite awkward to approach Loiza, who immediately indicated that Saar and Do were her friends. Poor thing.
12. Huh. Stop the presses. Do the two eliminated contestants have to face each other again? Rob and John are just chilling and trying not to bash each other's brains in on that other island.
13. Wow, that preview. Sylvana is really going for it, but that hit against the side doesn't look good?
14. To be honest: I found this a bit of a boring episode. I was most shocked by the preview of Sylvana.
15. Oh yes, and I really want Jasper to continue. Sorry, Anouk. But I'm a fan #teamjasper #justiceforjasper.
16. And Twitter? It was mostly filled with the question of where the eliminated contestants sleep, because they always arrive at Elimination Island in the morning while the Island Councils are in the evening. But I filtered that out and then I still found something nice.
I'm so done with that second chance island... crying because they have to ‘cut into their own flesh’ and that it's all so bad... yuck! It was so easy to just throw the newcomers out one by one. Well, I say go Sterrin! Done with those people! #ExpeditieRobinson

Why do those who are voted out have to battle each other while Rob and John are just chilling over there? #ExpeditieRobinson

It would be funny if besides Do there was also a Remy on the island. #ExpeditieRobinson

Weird rules that the 2 new eliminated contestants, who go to elimination island, have to compete against each other!? Let one duel against Rob and the other against John, that would be fairer. #ExpeditieRobinson

Does anyone ever wonder how it is that a letter with the names of the eliminated contestants is already ready at the island council? #ExpeditieRobinson

For the survivors at Camp North and South, it's going to be really bizarre: they still think there are about 10 of them, but it turns out that almost no one is going home plus 8 Second Chancers. #ExpeditieRobinson
