I watched Jaimie Vaes: In The Vaes Lane episode 7 and this is what I thought

Episode SEVEN again. Seven times half an hour full of dinners, glasses of wine and/or champagne, trips to Dubai, but also full of life lessons. For example, we saw that baguettes are not available at the bakery but cost around €15,000 and sit on a ring, that a closet organizer à la Krystel is super handy, and that you shouldn't hire a nanny who could be a potential danger to your relationship (thanks to Estelle).
And this week is also full of life lessons. We get acquainted with the concept of a selfie arm and get a preview of life as a celebrity. Because then you can just go to the hospitality industry during corona. And that's what I'm most jealous of, even more than all the Dior clothes with tags that are forgotten to have ever been purchased. Because yes, that's also in this episode.
1. I already find Dieuwertje a nice addition to the cast of this series.
2. And yesss, finally Krystel is back. We haven't seen her for at least five episodes — who has tidied up the closets in the meantime?
3. “Art is like red wine, you have to learn it.” Huh? HAHA. What wisdom.
4. Aahh, ‘grandpa Bali.’ Grandpa Bali can hopefully just fly to the wedding in July?
5. Of course, I make it a bit ridiculous to have my own closet organizer, but seriously... Give me a Krystel like that. Seems genuinely delightful. Height of decadence: yes. But do you want it: also yes.
6. It's serious that she spends more time on a baby's closet than she would on mine. I can tell you: there is no Dior clothing with tags somewhere in my closet. That I have forgotten. If there is a Dior set hanging in my closet, I am very aware of it.
7. Okay, but I also want to do a shopping session with Jaimie once. And then try everything on and buy nothing (and she of course buys everything), but I saw
quite a few things pass by that I would also like.
8. It's nice that Jaimie and her surroundings speak well of her cooking skills, but that a coffee machine just doesn't come in.
9. I don't know if it's because it's already episode seven, but I'm starting to appreciate Estelle's Geer and Goor humor.
10. What I just think of, and not that I care: these people seem to do nothing but violate the corona measures?
11. Now I often forget that you can only have one person at home, but I don't document that for a reality series so you don't hear anyone about it.
12. Koen Kardashian who has a selfie arm à la Kim Kardashian finds it embarrassing himself, but I don't think it's surprising. You either go for that Kardashian name or you don't, right?.
13. Wow, throwing up after massages is a new thing for me.
14. But if you're worried the whole massage about whether you're going to fart, I can imagine you're not very relaxed.
15. “I'd rather just get fucked hard,” says Koen. HAHA.
16. Jaimie lying there very relaxed and Koen groaning and going through it with ‘ooh's’ and ‘aah's’.
17. And these wouldn't be Jut and Jul if there weren't any bubbles involved. Even if it's a massage at a Thai salon. Champagne can – in this case must – always.
18. Observation: Jaimie has quite a few girlfriends. Another observation: I think they all look a bit alike.
19. But the more I see of Jaimie's wedding plans, the more I want to be there. I think this is going to be quite a spectacle.
20. And the location will be a beach club in Ibiza. Of course, it's going to be a beach club in Ibiza.
21. Is it healthy that I'm more curious about this wedding than about Meghan and Harry's back then? Yes, right?
22. Hello, Jaimie might want to postpone it? Stop it with me, I finally have something to look forward to.
23. Well, we all have something to look forward to: a second season has been confirmed. HALLELUJAH, praise the Lord.
24. And then it's already over for this week. And again I think: what did we just watch? Massages, a dinner, and a meeting with a wedding planner?
25. Oh well, who cares. Is it already next Thursday?
Yesss, because next week we see the samples of Jaimie's skincare line (which I'm secretly quite curious about) and Shauni, who apparently is her best friend but whom we only saw for the first time in episode seven, is asked to be a witness. In a restaurant. During corona. With about twelve people. Can someone explain to me how I can do that too?
