Life is complete: Katja gets her own ice creams

Yo, summer body: you're being put on hold for a moment. There are still way too many things I want to eat. Now, I'm usually not really up for a tub of ice cream (except for Ben & Jerry’s Cookie Dough), but I HAVE to try this. A bag of monkey heads and piglets always goes down at a bizarrely fast pace, so it can only be enjoyable, right?!

Because yes: Katja – the creator of this candy – is coming out with ice cream. TONS of ice cream. In the flavors of piglets (grape ice cream with raspberry sauce), monkey heads (licorice and banana ice cream, aka my favorite) and yogurt gums (strawberry and lemon yogurt ice cream with raspberry sauce).

This. I. Want. NOW.
Yes, I get it. Me too. In fact, I've never run so enthusiastically towards the supermarket. And then I was there facing quite a disappointment because I couldn't find them anywhere. Me in the supermarket frantically searching on my phone (must have been a nice sight for fellow supermarket-goers), only to find out: they won't be available until next week. So starting Monday, this will be my new guilty pleasure.

Make sure to check which supermarket you're racing to get this by the way: initially, the tubs of ice cream will be available at Plus, Vomar, Dirk, Dekamarkt, and Hoogvliet. But I can't really imagine that the other supermarkets won't also give in within a week. This is just TOO DELICIOUS?!
