My predictions for Expedition Robinson 2021

experienced Expedition Robinson

Just a little over a week of sleeping and then we can go for it. And my god, it was about time. Because thanks to an unwanted guest named Corona, it didn't happen last year and that was — pardon my French — just awful. But the good news is that this year it not only goes ahead, but we can also go Robinson-ing twice a week. The candidates are all known, so I thought it was high time to make some predictions.

That was still quite difficult here and there, because to be honest: the term BN’er has become an increasingly broader concept over the years at Expeditie Robinson. I've never heard of some people. But well, as far as I'm concerned, there are already a few certainties among them.

Who will be the first to be eliminated: Jasper Demollin (unfortunately), who will probably be labeled by others as a ‘young dog’ and therefore is too much of a ‘threat’ due to his fitness. Honestly: I hope I'm wrong about this, because I am a bit of a fan of him.

The Golden Duo: I really hope that Stefano Keizers and René van Meurs have an amazing click and will only make jokes together. This can only become a success story, right?

The enthusiast: Eva van de Wijdeven. I think she is really going to shine mega this season.

The surprises: John de Bever (delightful: singing tearjerkers on a deserted island), Sieneke (singing along cheerfully and seems to be really fun) and Robbert Rodenburg (who is emerging as a real Cast Away à la Tom Hanks).

From whom everyone hopes he/she stays in as long as possible: Yuki Kempees and Sylvana IJsselmuiden. Those people who still look good in the most dire circumstances. And they will probably also be the stars in the tasks. Envy-inducing.

What I'm really curious about: Jan van Halst. I think you can really laugh a lot with him and I think he can also appreciate an Amsterdam tearjerker from John de Bever.

Let me know if these predictions are somewhat close to what you think or if I'm really completely off the mark. I was quite convinced myself. HAHA. And, see you in a week and a half. Expeditie Robinson, let’s goooo.
