An orgasm works just as well against a stuffy nose as nasal spray

In the study where it all comes from, couples with an active sex life were asked. One had a stuffy nose, the other did not. The participants had to measure the airway resistance in their nose at different times before and after an orgasm. They also did this after using nasal spray. The differences between sex and nasal spray were compared, and yes, sex works just as well. Up to sixty minutes after an orgasm, the participants breathed just as well through their nose as in the hour after they had used nasal spray. For an hour, so OMG. Score.

Now the only downside is that an hour after your sexual encounter, the effect on your stuffy nose is over. And in that respect, a medication ultimately wins. Nasal spray works longer than an hour...
