Here's how to make Baileys hot chocolate
Gently heat the milk and stir in the cocoa powder. Pour into your favorite mug. Add the Baileys and don't be stingy with the toppings: a generous dollop of whipped cream, marshmallows (preferably toasted), chocolate shavings… Use whatever you feel like. This is enjoyment!
