The dream marriage of Queen of Jetlags and Sander Kleinenberg

Noor de Groot, also known as Queen of Jetlags, I met years ago backstage at a show in New York. Where it can often be quite a parade of snooty noses in the modeling world, Noor was all about fun. ‘Shall I take a picture of you?’ ‘Look, there's Olivia Palermo, shall I take a picture of you two?’ And whether I wanted some tips to gain more followers. We chatted and had lunch and it was always good with Noor. And there was always Sander. Her beloved. And his Bibi whom Noor cared for like a second mom and a big sister.

Because one thing always leads to another, at some point a real love baby followed: Olivia.

Noor grew bigger and bigger and reaches almost a million people with her account. She stays at Le Bristol, is dressed by Dior, and is the face of Armani Beauty, but remains the same Noor. The same friends and of course always the same Sander.

This weekend, what we all hoped for a little bit happened: a party that lifts everyone up again after a gray lockdown period, that gives hope. Hope for love, for friendship, for parties spread over several days.

At one point, Sander did a little survey on his Stories: whether we were getting tired of the spam. I clicked ‘no’ and so did 97 percent of his followers.

Dear Sander and Noor, once and for all, just as you can never get enough of each other, we can never get enough of you. So keep those honeymoon pics coming, we are ready for them.
