The memoirs of Meghan Markle's sister are out and it is juicy

Samantha Markle is publishing a book about her sister Meghan Markle

The family of Meghan Markle, it remains a bit of a thing. Father Thomas is now persona non grata with the British royals (but then again, isn't Meghan herself also a bit of that now?) and actually, it has been quite quiet around him lately. No crazy expressions to the media anymore, no paparazzi calling or acting pitiful about the wedding invitation that never came.

No, nowadays sister Samantha is taking over the baton from him. And she is doing it in a much grander way: she has recently published a book. Not about herself of course, are you crazy. Nobody wants to read that, right? Therefore, she has dedicated an entire book to her sister Meghan. Exactly, this is airing the dirty laundry 2.0. Because the things she ‘reveals’ in her book are quite spicy.

I put that whole revealing thing in quotation marks, because we certainly don't know for sure if it's true. Actually, her book is a bit of an upgraded edition of a gigantic gossip magazine. The name is also something: The Diary of Princess Pushy’s Sister: A Memoir, Part One. Part. One. This means that Samantha has devious plans to earn even more money from this: a second part is said to be in the works.

Because let's be honest, there are indeed sensational things in it that do not put Meghan in a very good light. And yes, even though the book is not really verified, I will still go through the hot tea and all the juice with you. Sit back and enjoy.

1. Meghan married Trevor Engelsen in 2011, in Jamaica. This is also the year she was cast for Suits (more on that later). Their wedding had a notable point: in the goodie bags, there was a bag of marijuana for all guests. Nice, right? By the way, Samantha was not at this wedding because it took place on the beach; Samantha is in a wheelchair and that sand was not really ideal.

2. That marriage did not last very long: in 2013, according to Samantha, the first cracks appeared. Juicy: this was said to be because Trevor got along too well with Meghan's best friend (Ninaki Priddy?), but also because Meghan herself preferred to share the bed... With one of her co-actors from Suits.

3. WHUT? When I read this, I had to know who this would be, but to be honest, there aren't many options. Louis (Rick Hoffman), well... I can't really imagine that. Gabriel Macht (Harvey Specter) is married — although that doesn't mean everything, I choose to believe that not everyone in Hollywood cheats, so that leaves Patrick J. Adams (Mike Ross). And that's not such a crazy thought: both attractive and of the same age. Not both single, because Meghan was very much married. Notably: Patrick J. Adams and his girlfriend Troian Bellisario (Spencer from Pretty Little Liars) were guests at her wedding. I really hope the truth about this comes to light.

4. In 2016, Samantha was called by father Thomas, who had something to tell her and ‘she better sit down for it’. Meghan had a new lover. A prince. ‘Daddy, I met a prince,’ are the words with which she announced it, if we are to believe her family members. Samantha herself never heard it from Meghan's mouth, but because she announced it this way, she was sure: Meghan would only go for his status.

5. Also quite juicy: when she met Harry, she was still living with Corey Vitiello, a restaurateur. People can change, of course, but cheating during your last two relationships is not very schön, Meghan.

6. Samantha says she received one more email from Meghan. ‘In his heart of hearts, Babe, Dad only has one daughter and it’s not you.’ Ouch. That was the only thing in it, and according to Samantha, it really came from her sister: she always called her ‘Babe’ when they were younger. Ice cold that Meghan, if this is really true.

7. Harry doesn't come off too well either. In an interview about Meghan's new in-laws, he said they were ‘the family she never had’. That is, first of all, not a very nice comment (I think she has a perfectly good bond with her mother?), and secondly, she hasn't been very nice to those British royals and their traditions and customs (and they, in turn, haven't been very accommodating), so whether she was really happy with that family...

8. Just a bit about that royal wedding of Meghan: she would have initially said that dad was welcome, provided he would disinherit Samantha, and their brother Thomas Jr. as well. He wasn't too keen on that, and Meghan's reaction was: ‘Why can’t you just comply?’

Well, you understand: Meghan doesn't come out of this very well. But that Samantha obviously wants to make money, and that won't happen if you can only write that someone is actually just very sweet and maybe you weren't the easiest yourself. Is the book worth reading further? I wouldn't risk it and spend your money on it, to be honest.
