Most delicious ever: Oreo sushi is what you want

Say wine, snacks or haute cuisine and the gourmands at online food magazine FavorFlav know where to drink, how to eat it and what to cook. This time our cheffies serve you: Oreo sushi.

The tastiest cookies you can buy in the supermarket are Oreos. Eating them on their own is already a delicious cookie, but they are also perfect for that cheesecake base, to make ice cream or to fill with cookie dough. Also delicious: this Oreo sushi.

INGREDIENTS
1 pack of Oreos
4 tablespoons of milk
Also needed: plastic wrap and a rolling pin

No, no sushi ingredients have been used in this Oreo sushi – combining fish with chocolate seems like a very bad idea to me. But why is it called Oreo sushi then? Because of the shape and because you roll it just like real sushi. So tasty and so easy to make.

Here's how to make the Oreo sushi

  • Twist the cookies apart and scrape the white cream from the cookies into a bowl. Repeat until you have done all the cookies.
  • Put the cookies in a food processor and grind them finely. Add three tablespoons of milk and mix well again.
  • Place a piece of plastic wrap on the countertop and put the dough ball on it. Roll it out with a rolling pin into a square. Then cut off the edges so that it is completely straight.
  • Mix the white cream with two tablespoons of milk until smooth. Then spread this over the rolled-out dough.
  • Then roll the dough up using the plastic wrap. Store the Oreo sushi roll in plastic wrap in the fridge for about half an hour.
  • Cut the sushi roll into pieces and enjoy!
