Expedition Robinson is coming back, and how
Seriously, I often complain that it takes too long for a new season of a series to come online, or that there are too few episodes of something, and I feel like someone has finally listened to me. Because first of all, it’s really great news that Expeditie Robinson is coming back and secondly, and I actually find this even more fun because I expected the first point, it’s coming back bigger and better. Because they are going to broadcast two episodes per week. Two. Per. Week.
How fun is that? And so nice that Expeditie Robinson feels perfectly that we are waiting for this, because it wouldn’t seriously surprise me if we are back in a lockdown 3.0 in August and that we really need this.
So I’m really good at watching those episodes and less good at the research. So I hope a bit that it has already been figured out who is participating this season. Secretly, I hoped that Rijk Hofman would participate for the second time (and this time maybe NOT spend two weeks alone on Devil's Island but actually be able to join the expedition), but I don’t think that’s going to happen.
So fingers crossed that we get some sneak peeks in the coming time about who will participate and what the challenges are. I mean: if we can do Robinson twice a week, then I expect both episodes to be really intense? CAN'T. WAIT.
The new season of Expeditie Robinson will be available from August 29.
