This is how you make the most delicious Flügel fudge

Say wine, snacks or haute cuisine and the gourmands at online food magazine FavorFlav know where to drink, how to eat it and what to cook. This time our cheffies serve you: this is how you make the tastiest Flügel fudge.
Bright pink fudge with a Flügel flavor: these chewy, soft, and sweet cubes are so delicious that they will be gone in no time. Our tip? Make a whole bunch!
Fudge is nothing less than caramel with cream and butter. The cream and butter make the caramel soft, so you don't have to worry about breaking your teeth. But instead of using caramel, cream, and butter, you can also, as in this recipe, use a can of condensed milk and easily make fudge.
This is how you make the Flügel fudge
- Line a baking dish / oven dish of about 16×24 centimeters with baking paper.
- In a saucepan, add the chocolate and condensed milk. Over low heat, stir the white chocolate until it melts into a smooth mixture.
- When it is completely melted, add the Flügel. Stir vigorously with a whisk until well combined.
- Add extra food coloring if desired.
- Pour half into a baking dish and add decorations if desired.
- Pour the second half over it and add, if you're in a really cheerful mood (say, how much Flügel have you had?), even more decorations.
- Let the Flügel fudge cool and set. First, let it sit for an hour on the counter and then move it (covered) to the fridge. After about three hours, the Flügel fudge will be firm enough to cut into cubes.
