Say wine, snacks or haute cuisine and the gourmands at online food magazine FavorFlav know where to drink, how to eat it and what to cook. This time our cheffies serve you: Flügel-scroppino’s.

Between courses or as a dessert; it doesn't matter when you drink scroppino (or sgroppino), because the Italian drink is always delicious. And yes, even with Flügel.

Scroppino with Flügel, just don't let the Italians hear it. Traditionally, scroppino is made with lemon sorbet, vodka, and prosecco. It’s a real classic. But there are quite a few variations possible with scroppino. Spices like licorice and cardamom can give the drink a surprising twist. Even with other types of sorbet, think of berries and mango, it is just as refreshing and tasty. This time we go for the scroppino with… Flügel!

Here's how to make the Flügel-scroppino’s
For 3 flutes, you need 150 milliliters of Flügel and 6 scoops of lemon sorbet. Mix the Flügel in a bowl, together with the sorbet using a whisk or hand mixer and divide it over the three champagne glasses. Cheers!
