This is the home workout of 2021

kiki hula hooping

The corona kilos really need to go because spring is coming, people. So what are we going to do? We’re replacing that Tony’s Chocolonely with crudités (very Club 55) and we’re going to get to work between the Zoom sessions. What are we doing? Hula hooping. Yes, really. Because hula hooping is the way to wave away that muffin top on the hips and besides, it makes you particularly cheerful. Win-win, helps against depression. Here are some more benefits of hula hooping:

1. It’s free
2. You’re done in two minutes
3. You burn 400 calories per hour (okay, you only do it for three minutes, but still, it’s relatively an intensive burner)
4. Your waist gets slimmer
5. It’s good for circulation
6. It stimulates digestion
7. You train your back, stomach, thighs, and buttocks

And maybe you’re also on the team of making excuses and you’re saying now: but I live small and bump into everything with that hoop, but then I say: either you go outside, or you take this hoop, because this is a top device.

This is a find from our Daan's daughter and it’s really a hit. You have an adjustable training level, you can set the size, it can be used by everyone in the family, you can set a massage mode that massages you while you hula hoop and stimulates fat burning.
