And that cow's milk can throw your hormones out of balance, causing your libido to drop significantly. You simply produce less estrogen when you consume a lot of cow's milk, which means your body thinks less about a cozy romp. The same goes for men: they produce less testosterone when they eat a lot of cheese, resulting in a less flourishing penis.
