About a week or two ago, I accidentally did a juice cleanse. I had already said ‘yes, of course’ in November when asked if I wanted to try it, so I had to stick to my good behavior. I found it ‘a walk in the park’ so easy. The juices were sufficient and oh guys, every day I ended with the Vanilla Sky. That is heaven. Think almond milk, coconut sugar, Himalayan salt, and vanilla. It's divine. And it's healthy too. I'm going to order ten right away for my freezer.
