Gisou curling iron

Since I have Instagram, I have been following Negin Mirsalehi. Because I really admire what she has built with her brand Gisou, because of her beautiful photos, but especially because of that hair. THAT HAIR. Isn't that just envy-inducing? And the absolute best advertisement for when you have a hair brand, because everyone naturally wants Negin's locks. Unfortunately, very few are blessed with that, but I am really heavily influenced by her.

I have had the honey infused oil for a while now and I am very happy with it. Not cheap, but I have had it for a few months now and it is still packed full, so this will last at least a year and that is good news. But those locks of Negin that I want so badly, that is of course also in her curls. I don't have those and I can't manage them. And then she suddenly launched a curling iron with Gisou that was again not cheap, but if it's good enough for Negin, then it's good enough for me, right?

Still a bit of doubt, because it's quite a lot of money for a curling iron, but then I saw in Monica Geuze's Stories this week that she only used this device for her curls. Let's check Mo's curls on her Insta... And yes, I want that too. Into the virtual shopping cart with it. Great: it was already delivered the next day. Is it really that much of a recommendation? I can tell you: yes. Really a game changer, this. Unfortunately, I didn't get Negin's hair, but I feel at least just as glamorous.
