We are going to the terrace

These are my kind of push notifications, thanks RTL. Just received the message that the cabinet is working on major, I repeat MAJOR relaxations. As in: the curfew is off and finally going to the terrace. I would almost start using the hashtag blessed, but I'll save that for when I'm really sitting down.
It was already clear that events are slowly becoming possible again, thanks to separate testing locations, where you can go for such a pre-test. Let's just call them that. But just now, The Hague Sources reported that this is not the only thing we might enjoy. I am always very curious who those Hague Sources are and also how it feels to be called a Hague Source. Back to the concept plan, because shops are going to reopen according to those rules AND the hospitality industry has a GO for the terrace.
Why now? The third wave seems shorter than expected, as the reproduction number has now dropped to 1.01, which means that infections are not increasing. Furthermore, infections outside still occur less frequently than indoors, making the opening of the terrace a logical choice. On April 13, there will be a press conference where the possible relaxations will be announced, but now you know them in advance. Fingers crossed.
In the meantime, I have already booked a table for April 21: ‘2 people on April 21, all day please, even if it rains.’
