5 new sex positions you don't know yet

We do ‘it’ twice as often; 5 sex positions you want to try

Sex is important, a sexologist told me right away. It connects and deepens (so sex with your loved one even better), you produce happiness chemicals that we all desperately need during this time, it's good for your circulation (we recently talked about a well-known person who looks incredibly good for her age and a friend concluded that it must be due to her active sex life; all those orgasms are heaven for your skin).

Sex, as long as it's consensual and between adults, is good for you, in short. And maybe it's fun to try a different position once in a while. Eating the same thing every day gets boring, right?

1. The yin-yang position
Also known as the scissor. You both spread your legs and fold them at right angles around each other. Got it?

2. Sofa surfer position
Do you know that exercise where you lie on your back and push your hips up into the air? I always find it quite uncomfortable at the gym, but with your sweetheart, it's a different story. Lie on the couch, place your hips on the armrest and ‘present’ everything to the other person standing next to the couch and so, I quote all Marie Claire, I would never do it of course, then it can easily and deeply come in.

3. The idea box
Maybe you sometimes find it difficult to come up with an idea. That's why a sexologist suggests the post-it jar. You both write down five notes with fun ideas and then you draw one out every evening.

4. Mirror mirror
In other words, the good old sixty-nine. You still have a bit of France in your lockdown life.

5. Do the bear
That's similar to being on all fours, at least, he is at the back, but you stand upright and lift a leg so that the gate is a bit wider open.
