With this makeup hack, you get a facelift without seeing a doctor

What are the chances you would have laughed at me if I had told you last year that TikTok in 2021 is my beauty inspiration source? I just find it fascinating how many young women – believe it or not, but some are not even fourteen years old (!) – can change their face into that of another. It also looks pretty easy, don't you think? A video lasts less than thirty seconds and you can already move on to the next one. It remains a wonder how this app has conquered the world; even global trends are emerging. Such as the ‘give your face a facelift with concealer’ trend. Okay, this sounds great, but: how, what, where? And more importantly: does it really work? Help. It looks quite easy: a dot here, a line there, and just blend it, but this trend does require some precision and extra work. The triangle is a no-go, as it only makes your face shift towards the horizon. So what are we going to do? You apply concealer on the outside of your eye, in an upward motion as if you are making the end of a cat-eye liner. Then you draw a line up next to your mouth, just like The Joker's big smile. Then you can draw another line under your cheekbone from your ear to halfway up your cheek and then it's: blend away. You do this with a blender or a brush, but make sure you don't rub the product downwards but keep it in the place where it was applied. Finish it off with some bronzer, blush and a highlighter. Try to apply all of this as high as possible on your face, but of course in the right place. Otherwise, check the video, then you'll understand exactly what I mean.
