The 5 worst things you can eat before having sex

If you plan to get lucky later in the evening, pay close attention to what you eat during dinner.
You want to come off a bit sexy, when it comes down to it between the sheets. How do you keep yourself charming and hot? Well, by NOT eating these 5 things right before you get down to business:
1. Beans
You probably know this one, but still a nice reminder. You can get quite gassy from it and that's not really exciting.
2. Hot peppers
The same goes for very spicy food: if you eat that, you might end up with gas. A bloated stomach or burps that really need to come out; none of that is what you're in the mood for. The same goes for spicy food: it smells for hours afterwards. Seriously, you can still smell on your breath that you ate something spicy and you might just want to come off a bit more neutral.
3. Fizzy drinks
Anything with bubbles, from champagne to cava to sparkling water, can give you a bloated stomach. You might irritate your intestines a bit with that carbonation and you probably don't want to dive into bed with a swollen belly.
4. Garlic
Also a no-brainer, but don't think you can get away with it, because no gum protects you from garlic breath. Aioli? Only after you've been married for four years, sorry.
5. A heavy, greasy meal
With a hearty meal full of carbohydrates and fat, you're more likely to sleep well than for your libido to shoot up. The fuller you are, the more likely you are to flop down in bed and fall asleep nicely. Also definitely not a problem, but if you have wild plans, it's better not to have four courses. Save some room for dessert. In bed, that is.
