today we shop Euphoria

For weeks now, I have been totally obsessed with the second season of Euphoria. After season one, I was already a big fan, but this season is truly exceeding expectations. The storylines, the artistic shots, the music, and everyone in the cast who plays so incredibly well. For those who don't know Euphoria: this is an American drama series created by Sam Levinson and based on the Israeli miniseries of the same name. The story follows a group of high school students and addresses all the themes that come with this period, such as love, friendship, sex, social media, drugs, and trauma. And no, it is not a teen series but rather a dark, raw, and realistic series that is at times confrontingly relatable for our generation.

What I can completely lose myself in while watching Euphoria is the colorful and bold clothing worn by all the characters. Costume designer Heidi Bivens has said in an interview that she wants to show the worldview of Generation Z through the clothing of the characters. From streetwear and cult labels to mini skirts and loose sleeves, it is a mix of all styles together, and that is exactly how today's teenagers dress. I could really talk about this for hours, but what I actually want to share is that I discovered a label that sells beautiful and handmade Euphoria inspired items, called Eeden Atelier. The brand was founded by two talented sisters from Eindhoven, who design and make everything themselves from their own studio in the Netherlands. They work with the finest materials and operate sustainably by making each item specially tailored for the customer. At the moment, two fairytale-like tops with loose sleeves are being created for me. You can imagine that I can't wait to wear these statement pieces.
