Summer in the city. Finally. The moments when I sit on a terrace I still cherish as if I haven't sat there for ten years.

And are you, like me, looking for a new summer aperitif? I found it. Moretta Fizz is a new liqueur on the Dutch market. Originally from Amsterdam, but according to an Italian recipe.

The liqueur tastes sweet with a bite, contains a hint of anise with some notes of rum and can be transformed into Moretta Fizz with a simple recipe.

Here is the divine recipe:

• Take a large wine glass
• Add 50 ml MORETTA COVALO
• Add 20 ml of fresh lime juice
• Fill the glass with ice cubes
• Top off with 100 ml of soda water
• Stir a little and you're done!
