This is how you keep your skin beautiful and healthy during the heat
The weather of the past few days is really a party, isn't it? I don't need it to get much warmer. There is just one small downside: the thermometer at my home is already ticking at 24 degrees, because the large windows where the sun shines through create a nice greenhouse effect. Whenever I read about a peeling lotion, I always think of a cleansing product to remove your makeup or cleanse your skin, but in this case, the intention is to use the peeling lotion afterwards, after cleansing, so that the fine peeling can do its work on your clean skin. And that peeling naturally ensures that it evens out your skin and reduces pigmentation spots and impurities. The chamomile in it calms your skin immediately. You apply the product super easily with a cotton pad, but avoid the sensitive skin around your eyes and lips. You don’t need to rinse this product off. You can apply it in the morning and evening, but do use a good SPF during the day. Small detail: do test it gently on your skin first; if your skin turns very red or reacts irritated, it may not be entirely suitable for you. Always important to test a peeling.
Vitamin C + Alpha-Arbutin
You hear and read it everywhere these days, but a vitamin C serum is an absolute must in your beauty routine. There is just one downside: that vitamin C, which is so important, doesn’t have a long shelf life. So pay close attention to the packaging, because if it’s dark and comes into contact with as little moisture and air as possible (like in the form of a pipette), then it will be fine. There are also several types of vitamin C, but this is the purest and most concentrated variant. What does it actually do? It makes your skin glow and ensures that dull complexion is a thing of the past. It also stimulates collagen production, keeping your skin elastic and supple, and if you suffer from pigmentation spots, this is the vitamin that will help you. These drops are oil-free, so they don’t feel greasy or sticky (which I really like) and they are suitable for all skin types. Tip for the summer: use it throughout the day (under your SPF) to prevent skin aging.
